Scapular Retraction

This exercise help strengthen the muscles that stabilize your shoulder blades. Remember to keep shoulder pinched down and back together while keeping your tummy up and in.

Wall Angels

This exercise helps to strengthen the muscles in your mid-back. Remember to keep your tummy up and in and elbows against the wall as you raise and lower your arms.

Theraband External Rotation

This exercise is used to strengthen some of the rotator cuff muscles in your shoulder. Place a towel in your armpit. Keeping your elbow bent at 90 degrees gently rotate your arm out to the side keeping your tummy up and in and shoulders down and back.

Swords

This exercise helps to functionally strengthen the shoulder muscles. Keep tummy up and in and start with your thumb pointing down. When the arm is moving up, slowly rotate thumb up toward the ceiling as well.
